By accessing and using SingleQR, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use SingleQR for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on SingleQR
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

SingleQR provides QR code generation and redirection services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SingleQR to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe upon intellectual property rights
Transmit malicious code or viruses
Engage in spam or unsolicited communications
Impersonate any person or entity

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SingleQR or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SingleQR.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
