Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes when SingleQR offers refunds and how they are calculated. Cancellation rules are described in our Cancellation Policy.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel or downgrade, you retain access until the end of the paid billing period and no partial refund is issued for unused days in that month.

3. Yearly Subscriptions

When you cancel an eligible yearly plan with more than one month remaining, we calculate a partial refund as follows:

  • We charge the standard monthly list price for your plan for the number of days you used the service.
  • The remaining balance of your yearly payment is refunded.
  • If the usage charge equals or exceeds the amount paid, no refund is issued.

An estimated refund is shown in your account before you confirm cancellation.

4. Downgrades and Plan Changes

Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan does not qualify for a refund of unused time. Upgrading from monthly to yearly may include a prorated credit for remaining monthly time applied toward the yearly charge.

5. Service Issues

If something does not work as expected, contact us at connect@singleqr.in and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds may be issued at our discretion where a genuine service problem could not be resolved.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days after approval.

If a refund cannot be processed automatically, our team will contact you to complete it manually.
