Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel a paid SingleQR subscription and what happens to your account and billing after cancellation. For refund amounts and processing, see our Refund Policy.
2. How to Cancel
You can manage your subscription from the Billing section of your SingleQR account. Cancellation options depend on whether you are on a monthly or yearly plan.
3. Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions cannot be cancelled early for a refund. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account automatically moves to the Free plan unless you renew or upgrade.
You may switch from monthly to yearly billing at any time from your account. Any remaining time on your monthly plan is credited toward the yearly subscription.
4. Yearly Plans
Yearly subscriptions may be cancelled early when more than one month remains on your current billing period. When eligible, cancellation downgrades your account to the Free plan and may result in a partial refund for unused time, calculated as described in our Refund Policy.
If one month or less remains on your yearly plan, early cancellation with refund is not available. Your premium access continues until the end of the paid period, after which your account moves to the Free plan.
5. After Cancellation
- Your account is downgraded to the Free plan.
- Your QR codes remain available, subject to Free plan limits.
- Premium features such as higher QR limits, branding removal, and advanced analytics are no longer available.
- Auto-renewal is turned off for the cancelled subscription.
6. Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower one, you keep premium access for the plan you paid for until the end of the current billing period. Unused time on the higher plan is not refunded.
