If I cancel my plan in between, what happens?
If you cancel your premium plan, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan, and you will retain access to your QR codes with free plan limits.
If I want to upgrade in the middle of the year from monthly to yearly?
You can upgrade from monthly to yearly at any time. When you upgrade, we will prorate the remaining time on your monthly plan and apply it as credit towards your yearly subscription. You will be charged the difference, and your new yearly billing cycle will begin immediately.
If I want to downgrade?
You can downgrade your plan at any time. When you downgrade, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan. Any unused portion of your premium subscription will not be refunded, but you will retain access to your QR codes.
